19-20 (उन्नीस-बीस) is a ready-to-ship brand. Every piece in our collection is already made, quality-checked, and waiting to be sent to you — no waiting, no made-to-order delays. What you see is what ships.

  • Ready-to-Ship: Every product is in stock and dispatches straight away. We do not offer made-to-order, made-to-measure, or customised pieces.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Dispatch Timeline All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Order Confirmation You'll receive an order summary by email immediately after placing your order. Tracking details are shared to your registered email once your order is dispatched.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders placed during a sale or using any promotional offer are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Missed Delivery If you're not available at the delivery address, please email us at namaste@unnisbees.com to arrange redelivery.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges For international orders, standard rates apply based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. International delivery typically takes 7–21 working days (please allow for potential customs delays).

Tracking Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details to your registered email address.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
  • Customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on applicable duties before placing your order.

Refused Packages & Returns from Customs If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Store credit equal to the order value will be provided, after deducting original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any customs fees charged to us.
  • If the return cost plus customs charges exceed the order value, no store credit will be issued.
